"Every corner of NBTA carries its own rhythm, the soft texture of the floors, the calm play of light, the quiet harmony of design."
NBTA is more than just a restaurant and guesthouse – it's a space for gathering, collective reflection, and nourishing the senses. We host a range of cultural and culinary experiences that center creativity while honoring the land.
Our kitchen reflects these values, offering hearty vegetarian dishes that celebrate local knowledge while inviting new rituals around food, art, and togetherness. Each dish is crafted with seasonal ingredients, following slow, sustainable rhythms.
Step inside, and let the atmosphere guide you through an experience where time slows, where good food doesn't need to shout to be remembered, and where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

Food was delicious, we had 2 full meals to share between 3, which we were advised would be too much but was the perfect amount for us (a lot of bread) the briouates and mezze sharing platter were delicious as was the vegan meatballs.

Nebta in Tangier is a hidden gem that beautifully blends authenticity with charm. The food was deeply flavorful. Nestled in the heart of the medina yet just a short walk from the corniche, it's easily accessible without losing that magical, traditional feel.

I recently visited a café called Nebta in the heart of the old Madina, and it was such a calm and lovely experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed—perfect if you're looking for inspiration or simply want to relax with delicious food.

We cannot stop thinking about this place! As vegans in Morocco it was hard to find anywhere even close to this kind of food. The people who run the hotel are so friendly too. You have to go! We experienced a vegan iftar feast.
